Default Leg fatigue

Hello, first post!
I've been unable to do any physical exercise since a bike ride 3 weeks ago when, halfway through a session (about 10 miles out), I just felt completely drained of energy. I'm not a serious athlete or anything, but I've been riding for the past 15 years at least 5x per week, sometimes greater than 20 miles per day, sometimes less and never felt any problem like this before. Blood tests are all ok, so I'm just wondering if anyone else had similar experience? Cheers.

It's time for a comprehensive exam mate. I'm an ICU RN , so I start thinking of all the bad stuff ( cause that's what I see ) . It does not sound like simple overtraining.

Are you out of gas in general, or is it just muscular in your legs ? Unremarkable bloodwork would likely rule out a few nasty's . Are you diabetic ? It might mask some classic cardiac symptoms. Has it improved or disimproved over the past three weeks. Some progressive neuro / motor maladies will start in the lower extremities and move upward.
Hate to throw all this heavy talk at you, but the outcome may hinge on expedient diagnosis.
Best of luck. PM me if you want to elaborate on this .

OP need to better define "unable to do any physical exercise". Is it muscle, out of breath or mentally? Does it affect other activities in your day? Otherwise the event is so unspecific and it's hard to make a call. Or maybe it's time to fork out $6000 for a 6.8kg OCP Italian road bike!
