TSS examples
Just wondering if people knew of good examples of TSS. For example, a 3hr mtb race is xxxTSS, a 30min cross race is xxxTSS, a 2.5hr road race is xxxTSS. Thanks for any help, I know Coggan's book has examples, just wondering if people had others.
