please advise.....
I need your help for this problem that occurred in my national federation regarding the date of the National Time trial and Road Championship. The championship will be organized in the next month and the date was set as every year in the beginning of the Race calendar in December (Championship race 11-13/5/07). Now some days before the event they want to move one week earlier both races. Is this in any way legal by the UCI rules or its forbidden if its already the date set. I appreciate all your help its a big problem for a lot of cyclist here to change the program like this , thats why i asked here . I already checked in uci site but i couldn't find anything.
