Yep. Brought a Mavic cassette. Prices were good on this item, about $80 bucks less than what it costs in Aus. Delivery was a bit slow though and they are slow at responding to emails.

i've bought a couple of wheelsets. each orders had problems:
order 1: wheelset and cassette. cassette arrived with one cog missing. told them about it and they were suppose to post a replacement cog. one year later and it still hasn't arrived. order 2: wheelset (Campy Zonda). the Zonda is suppose to come with a Campy lockring for shimano freewheel body. the lockring was absent. told them about it and the lockring arrived together with another order i placed sometime after ordering that wheelset. so while things hasn't been perfect, overall i'm quite happy buying stuff from them. i also found another Irish online store with pretty good prices: www.cyclesuperstore.ie boon |

Forgot to mention that my order (9 different items) arrived perfectly, with no missing or broken parts. Definitely will buy again from them (when wife allows....) |

I have bought heaps of stuff from Total Cycling over the last 2-3 years (I haven't kept a tally, but probably in the order of A$7-8k worth): practically full Record groupset, Eurus wheels, heaps of tyres (Veloflex, which I haven't seen for sale in Aus and even if they were they would be over A$150 EACH) and more. They have generally been excellent - only mishap is I always order black tyres and one time they sent me a red one (no big deal). Parts always arrive in perfect order and they are HEAPS cheaper than Aus rip-off bike shops (I have found them to be about 40-50% cheaper than buying locally). Goods normally take about a week to arrive (depends on whether you go ParcelForce or ordinary post).
It takes a bit of patience if you have a big order and have to deal with customs, but I highly recommend Total Cycling. I have also had very good experience with 11speed.com. Bottom line: if you are a Campag addict like me, then buy your goods direct from UK/Europe. In my experience, they always arrive in perfect order and in 25 years of riding on Campag, I have NEVER had a faulty product. If it ever does happen, then I will still be way ahead even if I have to return it to EU. If you buy Jap/Taiwanese crap fishing rods, stick to ebay. Hope this helps. Cheers, Matt. |

I've used torpedo7.com.au a few times for tyres, apparel, HRMs, trainers, pumps. I've had a couple of issues with warranty failures and the wrong book title sent. To date their communication and resolution of issues has been excellent.
No probs with customs or tax as their items come GST paid in Australia. They use an Australian returns address too. |

Purchased a Polar cs200cad computer from Total Cycling, arrived in 7 days.
LBS wanted $350 AU, all up with shipping I paid $234 AU. I like supporting my LBS, but when the diff is over 100 bucks...
