I have a Schwinn Premis and want to upgrade the components. Question is will a "new" cassette fit onto the rear hub?
How can I find out? TIA Lise |

Anyone care to translate? I've tried to avoid speaking acronym in lieu of full sentences with punctuation. |

LBS = Local Bike Shop
The spacing on a 7 speed freehub won't allow you to mount a 9 speed cassette - you'll almost certainly need a new rear hub, at least. |

Thanks for the acronym deciphering. To me, LBS is an abbreviation for "pounds - mass", not local bike shop. Imagine my confusion. |
