Canada's Maritime Provinces -- Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick -- are great destinations for cycle touring. Quiet roads, beautiful scenery, beaches, a brisk climate, and amazingly hospitable people.
My husband and I wrote Bicycling Cuba a few years ago, and we have just finished a set of guides to the Maritimes -- one for each province. Unlike Bicycling Cuba, which was published by Countryman Press, these Maritime guides are on CDs, which we think is a great way to do cycling guides. You can view the whole thing on screen, but print just what you want for a particular tour. You can learn more about this project, and about the Maritimes, at our website, www.bikingthemaritimes.com Hope you find it interesting. Barbara Smith |

Very interesting. The owner of the one bicycle shop we found on PEI is a tandem rider. We found this out when we needed a new RD Tandem cable. Very nice riding on PEI and very beautiful views. I hope you get a lot of support for all your efforts. The samples you provided on the linked site are quite enticing.
