Default Biking Canada's Maritimes

Canada's Maritime Provinces -- Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick -- are great destinations for cycle touring. Quiet roads, beautiful scenery, beaches, a brisk climate, and amazingly hospitable people.

My husband and I wrote Bicycling Cuba a few years ago, and we have just finished a set of guides to the Maritimes -- one for each province. Unlike Bicycling Cuba, which was published by Countryman Press, these Maritime guides are on CDs, which we think is a great way to do cycling guides. You can view the whole thing on screen, but print just what you want for a particular tour.

You can learn more about this project, and about the Maritimes, at our website, www.bikingthemaritimes.com

Hope you find it interesting.

Very interesting. The owner of the one bicycle shop we found on PEI is a tandem rider. We found this out when we needed a new RD Tandem cable.
Very nice riding on PEI and very beautiful views. I hope you get a lot of support for all your efforts. The samples you provided on the linked site are quite enticing.
