Default im tireless....

when i was going to school, everything was all fine, untill... the end of school, when i saw my rear tire flat i know it wasnt a nail or anything eles, becuase the flat came from the sidewall.... then i left it there dual locked for a day, the next day, the front tire was still ok... then after school... the front tire was dead..... and when i broung it home, i found a STAPLE on the front tire's sidewall.

my question is: can you sue the school for this or something like this?
and
is there any tips how to avoid idiots near my bike?(i got QR tires) or any products that replace a tube or air?
