So I picked up an old Schwinn Super Sport the other day to use as a commuter. It has 27 inch tires on it and they are badly in need of replacement. So I was looking around and there is not a very good selection of 27 inch tires out there. My commute is partly on a gravel road, partly on a county highway, partly on a gravel MUP and partly on city streets. So I think i need a cyclocross-type tire, but with lower rolling resistance and higher flat protection. Any suggestions? Any resourses on where to find decent 27" tires? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

There are loads of 27" tyres, from 1" to 1&1/2", I use Duro 27x1&1/4 on my steel Gordonson.
