Default History of cycling

Dear friends,
I have discovered this forum today.
I am searching about the history of cycling in England.
The years between 1869 and 1899 focus most of my interest.
It is difficult to find the good data as I am from France (most of the data I have got or about French cycling).
Are they people here who would accept to help me ?
Thanks a lot.
Pascal
