Default Estimated TSS score for ride

Being stupid, I deleted my ride from Friday that was 150 miles, 19.8 avg speed, just under 8 hours. My HR was pretty low mostly Zone 2 or low 3 for most of the ride. Flat ride with some wind, but 13 guys rotating or at least 6 of us. The last 10 miles were rather hilly. Any idea how'd I estimate the TSS score for that? My back up plan was to use my teamates info, just for rough estimate to put in the computer, but he ended up dropping his unit and lost his info for the whole weekend, not just Friday.

Thanks!

Look up another ride of similar pace and see how many TSS/hour you did. Then multiply that by duration in hours of your Friday ride.
