One thing i hate whilst riding my bike on the weekends is when a few riders going whizzing past me. I mainly ride my bike for the social experiences it brings me but still, i don't like being beaten.
I have started running 5km - is that enough? Any Types of Cross Training that has been succesful with you guys? I only ride my bike on weekends so i am looking for a alternative training technique to improve my preformance on the bike. Any Tips? |

One thing you'll learn in cycling, or any other sport, is that there'll always be someone who'll beat you. ![]()
