Default Powerbar product results?

Has anyone tried using the Powerbar numbered "system" of #1- preride powerbar, #2- gel packet during ride, & #3- Post ride recovery drink?

If so, how has it worked for you?

Sure...and yes. Their stuff works as advertised and if it sits with your stomach and all that, it's a good way to go.

Thanks, I've tried the gel- packs and they do seem to give me a boost. I've used Clif bars and Gatoraid as well and they're ok.

I've not liked the consistancy of Power Bars, however, if they're designed to work in concert with the other two products to keep you going, that'd be great.
