Default UCI license

Because of my location, I can compete on both sides of the border, so I'd rather just get the UCI license instead of licenses or permits for both sides of the border...

Only problem is, I checked the UCI website, and I can't seem to find anything about licensing??? Any one want to help me out here?

since you reside in Ontario you need to get an OCA (UCI) licence. it will allow you to ride any where in the world in any UCI event you qualify for.
