Default ocr 0 dent in seat tube behind front deraliur.

Can someone with an ocr0 2006 check to see if they have a dent in the seat tube behind the front deraliur. Its driving me crazy have to know if this is normal for front deraliur to operate. Cant imagine how i could have damaged it. Must be normal but not sure.
