vlad Registered User Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: East Texas Posts: 137	I had TKR June 29 Total knee replacement on June 29 2007. Doc says no bicycle riding for one month. I am using OPM machine,doing exercises, and walking with a walker in the house as much as possible. If you had TKR, I would be grateful if you would tell me your experiences post-op.
