Default Wattage requirement

I am interested to know how to calculate the wattage requirement to ride a 3000m pursuit on an idoor wooden track in a time of around 3 min 30 to 40 seconds. My weight is hovering around 70kg.

Is anyone able to help?

there's a big difference between 3:40 and 3:30
