Default Oolong tea?

Does anyone drink Oolong tea to keep weight stable?

I've been using it a lot lately as it's very popular in Japan and available at any supermarket, or vending machine...

It seems to work...but it tastes like piss(guessing it does)... easy to get tired of it....
