Gday folks, I'm headed up to the NT for the first time next week for 10 days camping from Darwin through Kakadu, Katherine gorge, then up to Litchfield NP and back to Darwin. I'm taking the mtb and wondering if anyone has any tips on things that shouldn't be missed, and any particular tracks or rides I should be hunting down.
Cheers. |

On a 10 day first trip you probably won't have much time for mountain biking but have fun whatever you do.
Even at this time of the year it can still get pretty hot and humid up there. Places with fresh water where you can swim without the saltwater crocidiles would be worth thinking about. |
