Default I'm building a bike, i've got loads of questions

Hi there, I appologie if I put anything incorrectly but I am new to mountain bikes (well building/maintaining them).

I'm about to start building a bike, it's the first time i've attempted to build one but i'm not 100% sure what I need, the frame I already have.
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/...x?ModelID=10646

Which i managed to get for free as it used to belong to a friend who had a little accident on it and fractured the tubing just above a weld, I received just the frame and a Fox shock as he had stripped the rest. Since then I've made and fitted an ali plug to maintain the rigidity of that area and re-welded the tubing which Im hoping will leave it just as strong as it was.

Anyway, to begin with can anyone point me in the right direction as to regards on dimensions of components to fit this frame like what wheel size, cassette etc will fit, the rest I think I can measure (I hope) but im sure i'll have a lot more questions as it starts coming together. Or if anyone can give me any more info on this frame would be great.

Thanks

Tom
