Default Complex Carbs for recovery

Does anybody out there use a complex carb drink mix for recovery? I have recently started using a few and have had some varying degrees of success.

A couple products that I have tried are Recoverite (seems pretty good but expensive), Cyto Carb II (pretty good if I mix in some whey and glutamine), and Carbo Pro (only tried it once).

Does anybody have any experience with Recovery drinks that they are willing to share?

I use Endurox from GNC. My wife doesn't use anything but water. A couple hours after we ride, she is tight and sore, and i feel like going on another ride. I also have 1 bottle filled with accelerade on my bike in case i start to get fatigued during the ride. I don't know if the Accelerade really makes a differance, but in my head it does. I do really like the Endurox for recovery though.
