Default Road biking and constipation?

I bet that's a new one... anyone ever notice that cycling causes it?

No.

Maybe your saddle is too high.

Besides, there is typically enough (bull)shit flowing through this forum to alleviate any constipation.

That's potentially a sign of dehydration, not cycling. Try drinking more fluids to help keep the good times rolling.....in more ways than one.

Exercise in general keeps me regular. Must be all the jiggling of my guts. Come to think of it I usually do sit-ups on exercise days (6 per week) think that helps.
