Talking Hello there!!!

Well after lots of dusting off and several attempts to "get fit" at the Gym Ive managed to get my bike in reasonable (rideable) condition again.... Ive missed riding for nearly 4 yrs due to lack of time (cheap excuse i know!) but ill be riding along Malvern East area as Ill be moving there in a few weeks.

Im really looking forward to becoming a regular rider.... and quit the damn smoking habit along the way ...anyway enough ranting for my first post.

I thought ill drop a hello note to the community.

I too am new and want to encourage you about the smooking habit. I kicked it after 40+ years and the last several of 2 + packs a day you can do it. Just take it one day at a time. Let me know how it's going. Only you can start back. Just make your self do it.
