Hi!
I'm guessing that used bikes are especially plentiful around Christmastime--just before and after, as people 'upgrade' to better bikes and have older ones they want to get rid of. Am I correct? What is other people's experience? |

Pretty much. Over the winter is best, with possibly after the first of the year being best. Riders will get more antsy about selling their bikes as the new season approaches and as they become more desparate for dosh to fund the upgrade. |

Don't know about whole bikes, but I have found that the end of September and start of October is a good time to be looking for high end parts on ebay. Plenty of parts for sale, not that many buyers. December wasn't that good for parts prices, as no one is buying, but not many are selling either.
