Power training seminars with Hunter Allen - Oct 20-21
I'm working with my local club (www.coastalracing.org) to organizing a weekend of seminars on training and racing with a power meter for cyclists and triathletes. The seminars will be in Virginia Beach, VA on Oct 20-21 and lead by Hunter Allen, coauthor of Training and Racing with a Power Meter and co-developer of CyclingPeaks Software. We are planning both introductory and advanced seminars so there is something for everyone interested in learning the basics or taking their training to the next level. UPDATE
USA Cycling coaches will earn .6 CEUs for each day and USA Triathlong coaches will earl 7.5 CEUs for the weekend. |

Last call. We have 3 openings left for the advanced seminar on Oct 21 and a handful of spots for the intro seminar on Oct 20. Weather is becoming beautiful for outdoor activities here in Hampton Roads. Sunday clinic starts at 11am so you have some time to get out for a ride or run in the morning too.
