Ride with it and learn how to use its functions. Download your data for a while see what it looks like. Then go and buy the book "Training and Racing with a Power Meter" by Allen & Coggan.

In the meantime, a couple of useful resources:

Alternatively, invest in some coaching. Both Alex (who answered you before) and myself are coaches and I routinely deal with riders who have no real interest in the data other than they know it helps me make them a better cyclist.

Cheers

that's the beauty of having power data: it makes remote coaching a real possibility. We coach people in the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, and previously i've coached riders in HK!

A pro cyclist? No.

A professional coach since '98 and a sports scientist. I've coached and worked with riders from the TdF to riders of a more modest level (e.g. sportif) and pretty much everything inbetween.

Sure. Alex, myself and other RST coaches are available for coaching or consultation if you wish, or feel free to post questions here that anyone can answer.
