hi, i m the first time to visit this forum and i found a lot of information here. Anyways, i got a powertap and very new on it, so what is the frist step to use my powertap ?

that's the beauty of having power data: it makes remote coaching a real possibility. We coach people in the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, and previously i've coached riders in HK! Ric

A pro cyclist? No. A professional coach since '98 and a sports scientist. I've coached and worked with riders from the TdF to riders of a more modest level (e.g. sportif) and pretty much everything inbetween. Ric
