Top pros weekly milleage??

Default Top pros weekly milleage??

Does anyone know what milleage a top pro would do weekly? when they or not racing.

It depends on the time of the season but about 500-700mi per week right before season starts with 200-300mi when resting weeks within that period to 200-400 on the racing season, what I mean bu that is in between stage races. Also, It is not the same training regime for an American rider who does few stage races per year and many weekend races than an European pro who does many stage races per year and has to rest a lot more in between races.
