hello.
i am currently training quite hard as im cycling to london for charity early next year although im only 15 i am quite fit as it is . The cycle will be 170 miles , however i was wondering is there anything i should be doing after or before to maximise my endurance? from nutrition.diet, to what i could do on my ride many thanks ![]() Last edited by andy05 : 15-10.-2007 at 03:42 AM. |

There is a ton of information in these forums on the above; all you have to do is a "Search" for endurance, nutrition, diet, beginning training etc. You'll find enough reading to last you till you are my age.
