hello.
i am currently training quite hard as im cycling to london for charity early next year
although im only 15 i am quite fit as it is . The cycle will be 170 miles , however
i was wondering is there anything i should be doing after or before to maximise my endurance?

As perhaps one of the oldest posters on this forum, even I can read smaller lettering than the above, but thanks anyway for considering us.
There is a ton of information in these forums on the above; all you have to do is a "Search" for endurance, nutrition, diet, beginning training etc. You'll find enough reading to last you till you are my age.
Best of luck on your ride. TYSON
