The weather here in Maryland has changed slightly. This past Saturday Morning the temperature was only in the low 50's on my 30 mile ride I noticed that I had problems breathing, my cadence slowed, along with a slower MPH. My favorite hill just about killed me. I was half way up the hill and I wanted to stop and walk up the rest of the way, I didn't though, but it was an abnormal struggle to get up it. Can this slight temperature drop cause my performance to decline like it has or do you guys think that something else is going on?
