Default Experience with Training Peaks support

What have peoples' experience been with Training Peaks support? I emailed them with a problem a week ago and have had no response. Is this typical?

I have asked a couple of questions (one via email and one on the message board). They have responded within a couple of days in both instances. You might just try and resend the email.

Gear from Training Peaks here.. sorry for the troubles. Help me out though, did you email us directly (if so, to what address?) or use our "contact us" support form on the website? Just trying to track exactly where we dropped the ball. You can email me directly if you'd like.. gear at-sign trainingpeaks dot com.

thx

Thanks for the followup Gear. I just emailed you directly.

Epilogue...Training Peaks Support set me up with a new installation code at 11 pm on a Sunday night. Pretty damn good service.
