Please evaluate this Bike

I am think of upgrading an old steel Mercier with this bike. What do you folks think. Also what do you think of this bike as compared to the Vent Nori? Are the stays the main difference? Of so is that a big deal? http://www.bikesdirect.com/products...cane/sprint.htm  |
