Default Barfing

Have any of you ever barfed from putting forth a big effort on the bike? (for you English-as-a-second-or-third-language folks, barfing = losing your lunch, tossing your cookies)

Yes. So much so, that many of my cycling friends referred to me as "Puke Skywalker".

It was mainly an issue on strenuous early morning efforts, after not eating a regularly sized meal since the night before, and then eating breakfast too close to ride time.

I hear you on that one, Scottri. The closest I've come is after a 10K TT on a cold, windy, damp morning. The hacking dry cough that assaulted me afterward almost did the dirty deed.

Only once, after my first triathalon. A true testament to why it is imperative to eat correctly, especially when doing any physical activity.

Not yet

Come close a few times on the bike and I have "woof'd the cookies" after running the 400 meter in high school.

Thats a regular Monday night for me. My friends and I host a monday night ride everyweek, weather be damned. Starts at 10pm. No one is especially drunk, but we have fun!
