Default funny patenting

Hi

A while ago someone in the Forum described how C. Carmichael "invented" and patented intervals ! Well, today i read on the newspaper about the guy who "invented" and patented spinning (the one on the static bikes)...

So that means each time we go on a spinning ride or go training intervals we have to send a paycheck to this guys... otherwise we could get sued !

Regards

A while back I bought and read 'the lance armstrong performance program' and noticed that all the workouts prescribed by Carmichael had a little 'TM' next to them. One of the many things about that book that put me off...
