hi
i'm new to the whole spinning thing i have been working out on a stepper but want to change my aerobic workout. i was going to get a schwinn airdyne and then i saw the spin bikes so as i started my research i came across a number of popular brands revmaster lemand star trac and then i came across the Keiser M3 - Keiser has a great reputation in the fitness industry and was wondering about the quality of their spin bikes. what do you recommend Thanks -Ethan Last edited by ethan417 : 14-11.-2007 at 12:38 PM. |

dont know about it but for $1400, you can buy a power tap for 800, build it on a wheel for 200 and have it on your regular bike all the time and have 400 bucks in your pocket. buy a trainer for 200 for the indoor riding and still have $$ in your pocket
Heres an ebay list, http://sporting-goods.search.ebay.c...R40QQsacatZ7294 Quote:
