Hi guys,
I am in the market for a Giant CRX 0 for my commute to work. I went to one of the bike stores in the area to get an idea of price when I spotted they still had a 2007 model CRX 0 on the shop floor. My dilema now is which is a better spec'd bike the 2007 or 2008? Being old stock the 2007 model can be had cheaper than a 2008 model but for the purpose of comparison I'd like to put price aside for the minute and just look purely at componentry. According to the Giant Australia web site the differences are 2008 http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-AU...oad/1127/28933/ Shimano M485 hydraulic disc brakes Raceface Ride bar and stem Selle Italia Trans AM FK Shimano M520 SPD clipless Giant Lock-on grips 2007 http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-AU...ollections_id=2 Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes Easton EA30 bar/stem Fi'zi:k Aliante Sport w/manganese rail Velo anatomic comfort grips Shimano M505 SPD clipless Finally, has there been any changes to frame contruction etc between the 2007 and 2008 model years? Thanks in advance. Elguapo |
