Seems like you are already doing well. I would say just go out and enjoy your rides and do as much riding as you can or time permits. Don't do anything drastic, like ride far away from home forgetting that you actually have to cycle back too
. But the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy it. I would not target any km/week, it's the other way around. You cycle and then look back and see how many you did. As you get better and stronger you will notice that your km/week has gone up. |

First of all congrats on the weight loss so far, keep riding. Second i have to say your weight loss so far has been extremely fast and you should not be concerned when it slows down. You lost 8 kg in 6-7 weeks which is unusually fast and basically nobody can sustain that. If you are going to lose more weight make sure you DONT GIVE UP when you don't make the same progress. Keep riding, km's per day are different for everyone, just try to ride every day a little bit.
