Vinokourov handed one-year suspension
"Mr Vinokourov looks forward to the end of his suspension and to the opportunity to begin returning to racing once his suspension is completed." Kazakh Alexander Vinokourov, who tested positive for blood doping during the Tour de France, has been suspended for one year by the Kazakh Cycling Federation, the rider's lawyer said on Thursday. via Reuters UK
