Default Customizing axis in CP charts

I suspect the answer is "no", but figured I'd ask. Can the axis of the charts in CP be customized? If you're looking at FTP over time, it's nearly impossible to see small increases (say, 5w), when the scale starts at zero. You have to hover the pointer over the data point to get the reading. Not a biggie though, just a minor annoyance.

If you really want to do that, then export the raw data from that chart and chart it in excel or something similar.
