Default CycleStats2008 free Excel based log released

Just to let you know I have updated my website with new CycleStats 2008.

I search high and low on the net for a good Excel based training log and couldn't find anything so, with the help of fellow cycling enthusiasts I created CycleStats. It is free to download and use. Try it out and let me know what you think. It is aimed at the serious cyclist who likes to analyze all sorts of data about their ride. Since I did it in Excel you can customize it how you want.

There are so many cool features. Check out the site for a list. Enjoy.

Thanks for this log. I'm also using a log and yours is much more detailed compared to the one Im using. OTOH, the log that I'm using incorporates TSS, ATL, CTL and TSB so that is a plus for me since I'm into SST. I would like to try your log but I'm currently in the middle of a training season and changing logs would be hard. I'll give it a shot next season and post a review on it. Thanks again

TSS = Training Stress Score
TSB = Training Stress Balance
CTL = Chronic Training Load
ATL = Acute Training Load

These are basically terms used in the power forum.
