Won't be around now til after Xmas, so I wish everyone the merriest Christmas.
Let the diet go for a couple of days - it won't kill you. I've got a large xmas pudding and clotted cream lined up for xmas dinner and expect to put on at least a kilogram, but shall train harder after xmas to compensate for my gluttony. Tyson ![]()
