Default Am i a wimp?

I just got the power reader for my KK.. i did a 2x20 and avg'd 238 for the first and 232 for the second.. I have only been training for about 2 weeks, with percieved effort. Is this pathetic? I weigh 140 lbs btw.

On 2 weeks of training the numbers you quote are actually very good. And for your weight they give you a pretty decent power to weight ratio.

Keep going, there's more to come!

+1 on this.

~3.7 watts/kg on 2 weeks of focused training. I'd say you're starting from a very good place. Keep up the good work!

Don't be too hard on yourself. You're only 20 to 30 watts away from 4 watts per kg and a lot of folks getting into racing would kill to be able to sustain that kind of power. Check back after 10 to 12 weeks of training and I expect you'll be up quite a bit.

Happy holidays,
Dave
