For me, the most interesting part is about own riders directors...
I wonder if there's some atmosphere of distrust created, or is it just that they want to be sure the things are done properly (their way) and to teach newcomers how is it working at Rabo.

I can see that allocating more hands on deck to monitoring/directing the riders is beneficial for keeping track of everything. I wish they didn't split them up into performance categories though. It allows for varying management depending on the level of the rider. If it was split alphabetically...it would perhaps be less streamlined....but less likely to be corrupted. Breukink is there for a reason IMO.

After Menchov cruised to victory on a joke of a course in 2007, it would have been nice to see get clobbered on the Angilru.
