Ive been riding for almost a year now and would like to know what the best ways of training there is for juniors and how much. Currently im doing 300kms a week and i dont know where to go from there. Also would it be a good idea to get a coach.

Not all coaches can point you in the right direction, I've paid some that took me places I'll never go again. |
