Can't anyone design a decent looking U.S. jersey? Do we need to change our flag or something? Maybe we could just steal Canada's.

It has a certain New Englant Patriots feel to it....so it SUCKS!!! Check out Eki though, still coaching from the bike. He most likely doped like cycling's version of Keith Richards, but he does have some style to still be out there burning it up with the young guys. Bet he can still put the hurt on when he wants.

I was thinking more along the lines of Dallas Cowboys, but either way I hate it too.
But, I disagree Bro. The American Flag looks awesome and I liked last year's jersey just fine. What do you want, a giant Mapleleaf on the front and back? What can you do with that? You can do much more with our flag. Leave it alone.(Sorry Edie and fellow Cannucks. ) |

That's the problem with U.S. jerseys. They end up looking like something Captain America or Evel Knieval would wear. I think they would do better to do away with the stripes and use large sections of a single color. Maybe put one large star somewhere.

That'd be too Texas-ish! I agree that the jersey is horrid... Edit: Oops! I guess C'dale Girl already beat me to that observation.

I actually agree... I mean shouldn't the US Champion look like Captain America anyway?? However the current one looks more 1970's than Evel Knievel does.... ![]()

That is a very ugly jersey. The bikes and the regular Astana jerseys are pretty bad as well.
Evil Knievel also had a blue jumpsuit that would make a good jersey.
