Default L5,l6,l7

Hello everyone,

I have some questions regarding these intervals. When do you start doing them?My races this year require jumps (at the beginning as almost every road race) and excellent climbing abilites (long climbs so a high FTP is required). So far I have pretty much followed the "SST principle". The core of my trainings so far have been L3 and L4 sessions and some running, XC skiing, because the weather was terrible in december. Do include these intervals only in the "build period" or do you do them year round? Thanks in advance for your responses.

EDIT:Can I do short (for example 8 seconds) burst (not sprints) for neuromuscular power?

With best regards
