Default Wattage?

I'm curious how much wattage I would be producing when doing a climb, and riding flat. I'm 22 yrs old, 175lbs, riding about 10mph uphill at a 90 cadence (fairly steep hill), and riding 20mph on a flat with a 90 cadence.

I don't have access to a power meter, and I know there are a bunch of variables that go into the wattage readings...so please just give me a ballpark number.

Reason: I'm buying Kreitler rollers, and I am trying to figure out if how many accessories are necessary for me to buy to increase resistance.

you can estimate with this: http://www.kreuzotter.de/english/espeed.htm

"failry steep" is fairly vague... the actual slope will matter a lot.
on the flats hand position matters a lot.

You can get the elevations from google earth maps free software calculate the slope and plug in the numbers here http://www.analyticcycling.com/ForcesPower_Page.html
