Default Anti UCI leaks of OoC by The French?

From the second par of http://www.lequipe.fr/Aussi/20080225_191419Dev.html

It was a meeting between AFLD and WADA

Probably Paris-Nice could be a none UCI event, AFLD would be responsible of anti-doping (with WADA), in this case AFLD say they want to do OoC.
That could be similar at TDF.

Yes I know that dickfark but what I meant was that the UCI is being pushed out of drug testing for cycling altogether (in Europe)....... what I was asking was who will give Bruyneel the tip on out of competition tests ?

WBT, maybe aquamarinos isn't aware that Bruyneel gets tipped off by UCI informers when the vampires are nearby? Just another of the reasons that the sport is better off without the Hog...

Interesting information - you can imagine that the AFLD would make a much better job of testing than the UCI - after all, they've been one of the forces behind the biological passport
