Default RAAM-08 (race across america)Training suggestion

I am doing to do the Team RAAM (4 pers.) in june,race across america ( 3,000 + miles) from Oceanside CA, to Annapolis MD.

I am 53 y. old master B cat 3 ,150 lbs - FTP 350 w.

Since November 07 i have 3,200 miles in my legs( L2-L3-L4)on trainer/rollers and bike.

I am look for training suggestion?

What would your weekly training be to do the race (3,000 miles) in 6 days?

I can't help you there Musher, but I'm also 53 and I don't have an FTP anything near yours.

Nice to know that it is still theoretically possible for me to keep improving - I've got a long way to go.
