It's a foundation against doping not for doping in case you were confused.
Headed by McQuaid. How can anything go wrong? It has a five million euro budget. I wonder what McQuaid get paid for his position. It must be nice to be able to set up foundations with UCI money and appoint yourself to lead them.

I wonder if it might be used to fund extra "random" test trips. I mean, what's the bet that if Levi says he is training in Tahiti, that a party of UCI testers (including Pat and Anne doing an audit of the system) don't turn up there for a week. Surely McQuaid is not going to draw any extra income from his role? I think he is more interested in controlling how the money is spent. |

Would you bet on that? Maybe he'll just expense his travel and high life to the foundation.
