UCI's doping foundation
It's a foundation against doping not for doping in case you were confused.
 Headed by McQuaid. How can anything go wrong?It has a five million euro budget. I wonder what McQuaid get paid for his position. It must be nice to be able to set up foundations with UCI money and appoint yourself to lead them.
