Sigh, yet another health issue I need to look out for: www.testthenation.com.au
I do have to admit that it is a good way to bring the issue to the fore. Have any of you encountered this campaign? Anything positive come from it? |

i've never encountered this particular one, but here in the US, cholesterol has been pushed for a while, now being nudged aside by the overall issue of obesity. the good thing is, knocking down obesity can't help but have a good effect on the cholesterol problem.
the single best thing you can do to battle the "other big C" -- ride hard and often! anything over 2x your resting heart rate will scour out those blood vessels!
