Default Gary Fisher Tiburon Vs. Trek 7000

Hey there, looking to buy a new bike for $500 or less and was looking at an all around as I live in Milwaukee, WI. I was looking for something that can take some trails and something that can work as a commuter bike, and not break the bank too. (I am a college student) Both of these seem to fit the criteria but I thought I'd see if anyone can tell me the real difference (Now I do know they are the same manufacturer)

Gary Fisher Tiburon:

Trek 7000

Thanks!!!

No real difference between the two. Either one should work for what you intend to use the bike for.
